Appointment Policy
Appointments are required for most services, but we do accept walk-ins when available. 24/7 urgent testing is available by request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be subject to a $25 no-show fee.

We are fully HIPAA-compliant and prioritize your privacy. All personal and health information collected is securely handled and never shared without your consent. Our facility follows all state and federal confidentiality laws.
Results Policy
We value your time. Most test results are returned within 48–72 hours depending on the type of service. Instant testing options are available for certain screenings.
